Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been a Grayscale GBTC investor for several years. During that entire time I have had a great experience. They understand Bitcoin, have secure reliable custody and provide easy access to a asset class I want to own. Approval of their ETF only enhances their offering and reduces the internal expense. All improvements to an already great product. Approve the ETF so that the average retail investor and their financial advisor have the necessary tools to add a small percentage of GBTC to their portfolios Sincerely, Paul Tarantino
