Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The United States is supposed to be a leader in the financial world. There is no plausible reason that we cannot set up a spot Bitcoin ETF. Whatever regulatory hurdles there might be it is the SEC's duty to make sure they provide that opportunity for American investors.
