Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Throughout 2020, and 2021 I was a share holder of GBTC - because of the limitation and not allowing GBTC to transition into a spot ETF I moved my money out of the markets, because I felt and still feel my assets are being governed differently. I would appreciate the SEC to approve GBTC as the first spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a minnesota resident. I know this work isn’t easy, and I thank you for the support.
