Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. BTC is finite and incorruptible. The main argument against it was volatility, but the traditional stock market is showing it is even more volatile than BTC. You are not protecting us by not allowing this, you are hurting us small investors. We can already buy spot BTC on our own, but it will take longer to reach its potential as long as there are so many hurdles for corporations and hedge funds to buy it. Please get out of the way.
