To whom it may concern, I'm writing in support of the filing to convert GBTC into an ETF. Here are my reasons: Investors should have the option to allocate funds in a hard asset where the supply can not be increased based on the price of the asset. Investors should be able to allocate funds in a predictable asset where the policies can't change based on the decisions of a board of directors. Countries like Australia, Canada and some from Europe already approved a spot bitcoin ETF and did the due diligence on it. Free individuals should be able to allocate the money earned with the sweat and labor where they decide is appropriate. We need the SEC to provide the regulation and clarity of those funds to be safe despite the volatility of the asset. THe technology behind Bitcoin can be intimidating to some individuals and a spot ETF will make the investment in the hardest asset in the world accessible to any investor.
