Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It’s of high interest to the United States to remain and gain competitive advantage in the technology and innovation space. Without approval of a spot EFT, it indicates a stagnant policy struggling between an old school of thought and indicates we lag to embrace the future of money and finance. Sincerely, Michael Shapiro
