Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I need the balance in my portfolio that a Grayscale ETF would provide. There is always risk with investments and I can make that determination myself. Please give me the freedom to invest in a Bitcoin ETF so that I don’t have to open up another brokerage account to purchase Bitcoin directly. Thank you. Sincerely, John Hawley
