Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m an investor in GBTC and support them 100% in an effort to convert over to a spot bitcoin ETF. I live in Louisiana and believe strongly in the freedom that living in the USA provides us.
