Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The mere fact a futures ETF exists before a spot was and is irresponsible and does not have investors best interests in mind. Hence the SEC is not doing its job by continuing to block the spot ETF.
