Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. An ETF will allow standard 401k and brokerage accounts to access an asset that is useful and scarce. For years I have been invested in GBTC and a conversion to an ETF will be the fairer status to track the asset pricing which will lead to fairer competition in the space and encourage NAV stability.
