Dear SEC, I am Jason Simpson from Dracut, MA. I'm an investor in GBTC and I would like GBTC to be converted to an ETF to eliminate premiums and discounts. I would like to see it have lower management fees. The US is behind other countries that have allowed bitcoin spot ETFs. -Jason Simpson
