Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of Massachusetts. Limiting investor access to only a future-based BTC ETF has led to market manipulation in the BTC spot market. Investors also deserve access to a spot BTC ETF to combat this and Grayscale has demonstrated their diligence to be the provider of this product. Sincerely, Kevin Dunnell
