Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Ohio and to have exposure to Bitcoin through a spot ETF would be my ideal scenario for my risk tolerance. It’s seems a little odd that a futures ETF for Bitcoin exists but not a spot ETF.
