Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live outside the US and would live to be able to access a Spot Bitcoin ETF through my broker. The ETF would be much more accessible and would more efficiently track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating premiums and discounts. Sincerely, Marinos Mavrommatis
