Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is of utmost important for the USA to remain the financial powerhouse of the world that this ETF is approved. The longer we wait the more btc will be held by external parties, which will become the powerhouses when the current financial system collapses. Sincerely,
