Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I would like to be able to have access to the leading crypto and digital asset in a safe and regulated environment provided by the SEC. I am away of the risks and volatility of it as in any investable asset, but having it available in this manner would provide me more peace of mind and easy, safe access to include a small allocation of this high risk, high reward asset in my portfolio.
