Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have been a Massachusetts citizen my whole entire life. Bitcoin has single handedly given me the financial freedom to open my own small business, in times where it felt like the governments actions and policies were only working to hinder me. I feel that it is extremely irresponsible and negligible by the SEC not to allow this countries citizens to take part in the internets economy in a safe and easily accessible way, through a Bitcoin ETF. Enough with the games and the biases, do your duty and allow the people of this country to make their own decisions. Allow the Grayscale Bitcoin trust to convert to an ETF. Sincerely, Hamie
