Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Washington state and am currently studying finance and economics at a university. I see bitcoin as a huge breakthrough technology able to create a far more fair and equitable monetary system. If your job is to protect investors than I believe it is proven that bitcoin has interest to become a small position on most peoples portfolio and as of right now there is no great option like a spot etf would create.
