Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Florida & I've been a miner & investor in this technology. You aren't protecting the American people by failing to give regulatory clarity or even suing those who seek said clarity. You are a joke of an organization and you need to approve a spot ETF instead of wasting tax dollars circle-jerking billionaires at the detriment of a growing sector of the population.
