Hi SEC Friends, I'm a real estate investor with $20M AUM and provide affordable housing to hundreds of people. Please promote American technological and financial security and innovation by allowing GBTC to convert to a spot ETF...Like any other commodity that uses spot ETFs. Rejecting these only promotes sketchy products that harm investors and line the pockets of Wall Street. I've invested in crypto since 2016 and this is an important industry that America should dominate and spread worldwide- legitimizing spot ETFs is an important part of that.
