Hi, I am writing to urge you to approve the GBTC (Grayscale) ETF request. As you know, this would be a spot ETF based on actual BTC held and not a futures ETF which is based on "paper" BTC and is highly manipulated. Canada and Australia have had spot BTC ETF's and they have turned out to be a positive choice. It's time for Mr. Gensler to give the green light for Grayscale to have one too. They are an extremely qualified candidate! Thanks, Cody Smith
