Interim Hello, Thought I would write a quick note as both an investor and CFP Professional in the industry. I support the conversion of GBTC to a spot price ETF. The current ‘trust’ structure trading OTC has many disadvantages. There is, and has been for quite some time, a large discount to NAV as well as a high expense ratio. It would be nice to offer investors a more liquid option that more closely tracks the price of the underlying security. Thank you, Derek C.
