Dear SEC, RE: File No. SR-NYSEArca-2021-90 I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. The same goes for the grayscale Ethereum trust. Keeping track of this fund as a hard to value asset does not make sense when the market can easily value this trust based on the price the open and published markets are able to offer. Also, the US should not let other countries have the only ETFs backed by crypto trusts. That puts us at an economic disadvantage. Sincerely, John Schutze
