Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. I believe this because: 1. There are artificially high discounts, and the potential for artificially high premiums to NAV which allow professional traders to take value from retail investors. 2. Retail investors who want to invest in Bitcoin through a regulated medium currently have little option but to expose themselves to these premiums and discounts. 3. Conversion will increase price transparency and simplify the security. Glenn Kindred
