Dear SEC, There is no viable reason why the GBTC fund has not been converted to a spot ETF. There are many people that have savings investing in IRAs and 401ks. The only means that these investors have access to crypto currencies is through ETFs. I think we have waited long enough. The middle class, average investor would like exposure to this latest extraordinary crypto currency revolution Respectfully, David D'Entremont
