I strongly urge you to approve Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) as an ETF. Bitcoin is not going away and is only growing in popularity and usage. It is important for the United States to be a leader rather than falling further behind other countries. GBTC as an ETF would more effectively track the price of Bitcoin and eliminate discounts and premiums to the actual price of Bitcoin. Accepting change and innovation is sometimes difficult, but when looking back, it is almost always beneficial. Please help consumers from being taken advantage of and approve a GBTC ETF. Thank you.
