SEC, Please allow the conversion of Grayscales Bitcoin Trust into an ETF. As an investor, It would be appropriate to allow me to invest into a fund that accurately tracks the price of the underlying asset. In this case, that asset is Bitcoin. Without a proper Spot-ETF for Bitcoin, I am forced to take more risk in holding my coin Bitcoin as an investment in order to be exposed to accurate prices. This carries a lot of risk, such as losing my private keys, which would cause me to lose my whole investment. With a Bitcoin Spot-ETF, the risk of this is removed while still having proper exposure to asset price. thanks, Bairak
