I would like the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust to be able to convert to an ETF so that me and other investors to be able to hold a security that more accurately follows the price of Bitcoin without needing to buy actual Bitcoin in unregulated accounts. By going to an ETF, the price premium and discount to the actual price of Bitcoin will be greatly reduced and the expenses of owning this asset will go down.
