Approval of a bitcoin (BTC) spot ETF is inevitable and the rationale for delaying it this long are incredibly weak given the approval of multiple futures-based ETFs and the reliance of the futures markets on the price discovery occurring in the spot market. GBTC is well-positioned to convert into an ETF, which will enable lower fees and fairer pricing for all investors. Please approve this conversion with haste. Dan Elitzer
