Dear SEC, I am a GBTC shareholder and am in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX:GBTC) to an ETF. I am well educated in the technology it represents, investments in general, and believe that the conversion to an ETF would be best for me, my family, and the general public. You have approved futures-backed Bitcoin ETFs, but continue to reject spot Bitcoin ETFs. I should have the choice as an investor to decide if I want to invest in futures OR direct exposure to the asset. If you are approving of futures, it seems it only makes sense that you do the same for a spot ETF. I am from Washington state, and appreciate the opportunity to express my view.
