Dear at the SEC I ADVOCATE TO CONVERT the GBTC TO AN ETF The conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF is in my personal interest as an investor. There are sufficient existing guardrails and institutional platforms to allow for Spot ETFs. Other nations have already launched their BTC ETF and the USA and the American investors are already left behind. I’m writing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with gratitude for the opportunity to express my view and with the hope that you will approve this conversion and protect the interest of investors.
