Hello SEC, I’m writing this email to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol GBTC) to a Bitcoin Spot ETF. Bitcoin is a great asset for investors and having a spot ETF will unlock the true potential for investors to allocate to Bitcoin. I am currently a small investor in GBTC and would love to see this converted to a spot ETF that will mirror the actual prices of Bitcoin rather than the current prices which are significantly discounted. I also believe that the spot ETFs are a much safer option for retail investors like me unlike the futures based ETF that are available now.
