Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder from California in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) to an ETF. This transition would greatly benefit me, as the value of the Bitcoin owned by GBTC is about 33% higher than its market value with GBTC currently trading at a 25% discount.
