To whom it may concern: As a GBTC shareholder, this email is a request to the SEC to convert the existing trust to a spot ETF. Doing so will help protect investors who are seeking exposure to this new emerging digital market but are hesitant to purchase and custody the underlying asset directly. As a US citizen and certified public accountant in the state of Virginia, I urge the SEC to consider this conversion immediately. Respectfully, Jose Kassar
