Security and Exchange Commision, I, a sovereign individual, would like to invest in an asset called Bitcoin. Thankfully there is Grayscale Trust who offers a product called GBTC which attempts to do this and does it pretty well, however to do it even better they need to transition into a spot ETF. As the commission that claims to have the retail investors best interests at heart, please help GBTC to transition into a spot ETF so that it may more accurately reflect the price of the asset I am choosing to invest in.
