Dear SEC, Please consider the approval of GBTC grayscale trust to a spot etf. This will greatly help the retail trader and long term investor. I strongly believe that Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is the next big leap in human growth. Cryptocurrency has the potential to solve many of the world's economic problems as well as the ability to handle forms of commerce beyond what has previously been thought possible.
