Hi, I want a spot Bitcoin ETF, and you are protecting no one by standing in the way. Allowing a futures based ETF and not spot one obviously discredits any claim to "consumer protection" and just allows us helpless consumers the privilege to potentially under-perform the asset we wanted in the first place, with the added bonus of having no positive effect on the market price when buying into the fund. Please stop obstructing technological progress and allow investors to make their own decisions. Seems clear to me this is an inevitability anyhow... give the people what they want.
