Dear SEC, I would like for the GBTC to be converted to an ETF as I believe doing so would create more free and open markets for traders. Additionally, I believe that doing so would allow the US to remain a leader in the digital finance revolution, rather than fall behind as an increasing number of prominent developed nations approve spot Bitcoin ETFs.
