To Whom It May Concern, Please allow the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to be converted to a spot ETF. This will allow it to trade at NAV (eliminating discounts and premiums) and reduce fees for holders. It is clearly in the best interest of investors for this to happen. Thank you!
