5/7/2022 Dear Sir; I hold shares of GBTC which trades at a discount to NAV. While it is more conservative than Bitcoin futures ETFs, you have denied the conversion of GBTC to an ETF. This decision is unfair and puts holders of GBTC at a disadvantage. Please restore fairness and allow the conversion of GTBC to an ETF. Sincerely; R B Jordan
