Dear SEC, I write to you as a GBTC shareholder, in support of the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (OTCQX: GBTC) the world's largest publicly-traded cryptocurrency fund to an ETF. Please approve because: 1. GBTC investors like me need the protection that an ETF brings. 2. SEC already approved 33 act Bitcoin futures ETF 3. Other countries that have approved Bitcoin Spot ETFs are taking the money out of the US. 4. GBTC is the best choice to start with since it is already a working fund. 5. USA is lagging in innovation.
