Hi SEC - I am a shareholder of GBTC and would like to firmly support converting the trust into a Spot ETF. Everyone who owns GBTC today has done so in an effort to mimic purchasing bitcoin outright, and a spot ETF would better achieve that goal. Please do what's right. -- Taylor Crane
