To: SEC Please be advised that your adverse treatment of the crypto asset class has been the antithesis of your stated mandate of "protection of investors, widest participation of ownership and democratization of wealth". Your continued lack of regulatory clarity for this asset class has successfully defended the interests of the the monolithic banking industry that has systematically subjugated the financial interests of the American working people. The disparate treatment of Bitcoin futures trading ETF and a spot market Bitcoin ETF have left you in a questionable legal position.
