Hey SEC, how are you doing this good day? I think you need to let gbtc to convert an spot ETF cause why not? lets think about it, everyone from all around the world can access to cryptocurrencies by DEX or CEX, there is nothing to block this. But if you let it be spot ETF USA can be the center of this value and you can protect many people from scam projects or etc. Thank you. I am waiting for your answer have a good day me lord.
