To Whom it may Concern, I strongly believe that the Greyscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) should be allowed to convert to an ETF. I have been studying Bitcoin for several years and believe that it is a unique financial technology which has the potential to benefit the entire human race in ways that we have yet to fully comprehend. As an American who believes strongly in the personal freedom and innovative spirit that the United States represents to the world, it concerns me that the US is falling behind other developed nations in building a regulatory framework around Bitcoin and digital assets in general. Like many Americans, I have been finding ways to gain direct exposure to Bitcoin. While I have been able to navigate the complex landscape, I feel that less technically savvy individuals would find it difficult to safely acquire and store Bitcoin. A spot Bitcoin ETF would provide a simple and safe way to allocate a portion of one's portfolio to Bitcoin. Thanks, Jon Jon Scoglio
