Hello, Dear SEC officer, I have been an investor of GBTC fund for the past 5 years, I invested in GBTC in my IRA account for retirement, and the investment account has been outperforming my other investment funds for my retirement. GBTC is a good investment vehicle for long term investment, as SEC's primary duty is to protect investor's interest, GBTC's track record should have proved it is a excellent investment fund. As a regular working professional not in the finance field, I, like most regular working class who have no knowledge about BTC future funds, however, SEC approved BTC future funds but NOT spot BTC funds, this is unthinkable to our regular working class people! It blocked most regular people's ability to the excess of the BTC investment fund for their future. I hereby demand SEC please approve GBTC to be converted to an ETF, so that I and other more people can benefit from the excellent investment for our future and retirement, this fund would help so many people to be financially more independent rather than relying on government benefits for our retirement.
