Dear SEC, Please allow conversion to an ETF. I write to you as a shareholder in Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC). Please approve the conversion to an ETF. I believe that it will benefit shareholders with lower fees as well as quicker reaction to market movements and more closely follow the value of the underlying asset. I am writing from Georgia and thank you for the opportunity to express my view and with the hope and expectation that you will approve this conversion which will help protect the interest of over 850,000 investors in GBTC.
