To SEC, Please approve the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust” to an ETF. This one move will eliminate the unnecessary spread against the Bitcoin market spread. I am located in Delaware and ask the SEC to complete this transaction to benefit the many owners of GBTC. Thank you Rick Ackerman
