Hello, I am writing for the second time in support of converting GBTC into an ETF. I think it is fairly obvious why this transition would be in the best interest of shareholders. Allowing access to Bitcoin across a broad range of investors is very important to the health of the crypto market and the diversification of investors. The status of the GBTC security artificially manipulates the price of the security and does not reflect the market price of Bitcoin. Currently this structure is harming the investors of the GBTC fund. Thank you, Christian
