Good afternoon, Convert GBTC to a spot etf!!! SEC, You are causing BTC investors to take more risk, they are having to use shady exchanges to buy BTC and risk getting it stolen off the exchange. By converting GBTC to a spot etf, investors will get real BTC pricing, while gaining protection from fraud and theft. You approved a futures BTC etf, why that was insane? Most likely costing unknowledgeable investors huge losses, thinking they were buying a BTC etf, while in reality it was a futures product. Converting GBTC to a simple spot price Etf, will protect investors, also help the IRS collect tax, from capital gains easier. This is a no brainer a double win! Other countries have spot BTC etfs, so why do we Americans, have to sit and wait years, also take more risk and suffer while waiting for a spot etf? Get this GBTC spot etf done ASAP!!! Sincerely Cody
